To better serve clinical applications and OEM projects, we have systematically expanded and upgraded our manufacturing facilities, introducing a number of core equipment with higher levels of automation, including precision coating, lamination, and intelligent testing units. Through production line cycle optimization and bottleneck process modification, we expect overall capacity and delivery stability to improve significantly. Regarding the quality system, we have simultaneously implemented digital monitoring, covering three key stages: incoming material inspection, process control, and finished product release. By collecting key parameters in real time and establishing alarm thresholds, we can more quickly locate deviations and implement closed-loop handling, ensuring yield and consistency. At the same time, we have improved the batch traceability chain and optimized the sample retention and verification process to support more intensive process validation and change management. On the operational level, we have introduced lean tools to continuously improve changeover efficiency, work-in-process turnover, and equipment maintenance, reducing non-value-adding time and increasing production line availability and order response speed. Team training will cover standard operating procedures, risk assessment, and rapid handling of on-site issues to ensure the stable operation of the upgraded processes. This expansion will adhere to compliance and safety principles, and will be implemented and evaluated gradually using a data-driven approach, avoiding a one-time large-scale switchover to ensure production continuity. As the project progresses, we will regularly release updates on progress and key performance indicators, continuously providing transparent information to our customers and partners.
