The upgrade of quality control revolves around "early detection, rapid response, and full traceability." We have introduced more sensitive monitoring indicators for incoming materials and key processes, identified minor fluctuations through statistical process control, and established a tiered response mechanism. The sampling strategy has transitioned from single-point sampling to stratified sampling, improving coverage of different batches and time periods. To improve efficiency, we established a problem database and a recurrence prevention checklist, using standardized templates to record root causes, corrective and preventative measures, forming a searchable knowledge system. In the finished product release process, we strengthened sample retention and verification procedures, enabling rapid triggering of process reviews and experimental verification when trend changes are detected. In terms of traceability, we have improved the three-dimensional binding relationship between batches, parameters, and equipment, enabling quality data to be integrated throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products, providing a more complete basis for subsequent improvements. Through periodic data reviews and cross-audits, we continuously reduce unstable factors. The upgraded system achieves a better balance between stability and efficiency, and opens up key metrics to partners in a transparent manner, promoting upstream and downstream collaboration and continuous improvement.
