The upgraded two-piece system is centered around a more stable connection mechanism and a long-lasting base plate. The base plate material has been improved with a modified formula and reinforced structure to achieve better deformation resilience and interface adhesion, maintaining a tight seal under various body shapes and activity intensities. We optimized the snap-fit force and guide structure, making assembly clearer and reducing misoperation, while maintaining stable sealing performance even after repeated opening and closing. Specific tests were conducted for typical scenarios such as lying on one's side at night and prolonged sitting to verify durability and leakage risk control under localized pressure conditions. In terms of skin-friendliness, the synergistic effect of the baseplate and adhesive layer reduces irritation in sensitive areas and introduces better moisture management for a more balanced wearing environment. Edge treatment and tactile feel are continuously optimized through user feedback, ensuring both comfort and reliability for long-term use. The overall upgrade aims to reduce maintenance frequency and the incidence of unexpected events, providing more stable support for different lifestyles and activity scenarios.
